📄 Employment: Sole Proprietor / Civil Service Contract (with the possibility to transfer to the client's staff)
💵 Salary: from 250,000 rubles net (discussed individually).
‼️About the project:
Industry: Public Sector
Development of a system related to procurement. There are quite a lot of tasks, from minimal ones like "rename a field" to "study regulations, meet with the Client, implement from scratch". The government client is complex, but adequate, results-oriented.
✅ Tasks:
- Researching client business processes, gathering requirements;
- Development of functional requirements and technical specifications for service development, assigning tasks to developers and monitoring execution for development teams:
- Testing developed software for compliance with functional requirements after feature release;
- Development of printed forms (e.g., procurement notices, technical specifications, draft contracts, approval protocols, etc.);
- Communication with development:
- Conducting grooming sessions;
- Conducting checks of development results;
📋 Requirements:
- Experience as a fullstack analyst for 3+ years;
**- Experience in B2G as a Business Analyst;
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times a week to the client's site to gather requirements;**
- Knowledge and experience using notations UML, BPMN, etc.;
- Experience working with developers and testers (assigning tasks, accepting results);
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP;
- Knowledge of SQL at the query level;
- Understanding of how role models work (RBAC — at the database level, basic experience is sufficient).
📋Will be a plus:
- Experience in EIS procurement.
