Project Description: Development of a state information system. Architecture design, integration interactions (SMEV, API), documentation according to GOST 34 and 19 series.

📋 Requirements:

— Higher education, age from 25 years — Knowledge of GIS development methodologies according to current NPA (stages, phases, results) — Proficient in Waterfall, Agile; requirements management (gathering, analysis, systematization) — Documentation according to GOST 34 and 19 series — UML, BPMN, ER diagram construction — System analysis, design of distributed systems and web services (API) — Experience with integration interactions, including via SMEV — Prototyping (Figma) and modeling (Bizagi) skills, issue tracking (Confluence, Jira) — Basic knowledge of information security

➕Will be a plus:

— Experience in software development (Python/Java/C#) — IREB, PMI-PBA certifications — Knowledge of OWASP, FSTEC, GOST R 57580.1
