System Analyst (SA)

Salary Range:
- Middle — 120,000 - 160,000 rubles
- Middle+ — 150,000 - 205,000 rubles
- Senior — 170,000 - 230,000 rubles
Responsibilities:
- Development and support of requirements for state information systems in accordance with regulatory legal acts
- Design of system architecture and integration interactions (including via SMEV)
- Building models in UML, BPMN, ER diagram notations
- Compiling system diagrams and maps, describing services and APIs
- Interaction with development and system support at all stages of the life cycle
- Maintaining documentation according to GOST 19 / GOST 34
- Prototyping interfaces (Figma) and maintaining a knowledge base in Confluence
What we expect from the candidate:
- Knowledge of methodologies for developing state information systems (stages, phases, results according to regulatory legal acts)
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and Waterfall / Agile approaches
- Proficiency in methods for collecting, analyzing, and managing requirements
- Experience in preparing documentation according to GOST 19 and/or GOST 34
- Confident command of UML, BPMN notations, building ER diagrams
- Skill in designing distributed systems, web services, and integrations (API)
- Experience with SMEV (will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of basic information security principles
- Proficiency in tools: Figma / Bizagi / Jira / Confluence / MS Office
Will be a plus:
- Experience in state IT projects
- Deep understanding of high-load system architecture
- Skills in working with API gateways and integration buses
