Senior System Analyst
Salary: 210,000 RUB net
Format: remote from RF, full-time

Project: Development and analytical support of complex IT systems.

What you will be doing • Analyze current business processes (AS IS) and design target processes (TO BE). • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and propose solutions for process optimization. • Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements. • Transform business requirements into technical specifications. • Describe User Stories with acceptance criteria. • Model processes in BPMN 2.0 and ePC. • Develop UML diagrams (sequence, state, class, activity). • Describe integrations with external services, analyze APIs, protocols, and data formats. • Interact with business stakeholders, developers, and QA at all project stages. • Maintain documentation up-to-date.

Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst. • Higher education. • Experience in AS IS / TO BE analysis. • Ability to decompose business requirements into functional specifications. • Experience in preparing User Stories and acceptance criteria. • Experience describing integrations and working with APIs, protocols, and data formats. • Proficient in UML, BPMN 2.0, IDEF0, ePC. • Experience conducting meetings with clients and approving requirements. • Skill in preparing clear and comprehensive project documentation.
