Experience: from 5 years as BA/SA, including at least 2 years in FMCG
📋 Mandatory Requirements
🟡Domain Expertise:
- Procurement processes, interaction with suppliers, order lifecycle
- Commercial offers, quotas, assortment restrictions, claims processing
- Promotions, marketing activities, financial processes and settlements
- FMCG KPIs and business metrics, master data and corporate directories
🟡Project Experience:
- IT infrastructure modernization: legacy replacement, SAP import substitution
- DMS, SRM system implementation, supplier portals
- Integration of corporate information systems
🟡Technical Skills:
- BPMN 2.0, UML (Use Case, Activity, Sequence diagrams)
- User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Traceability Matrix
- Prototyping in Figma/Balsamiq/Axure
- PostgreSQL (logical structure, entity relationships)
- REST API, JSON/XML/CSV
- Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
- Jira/Yandex Tracker, Confluence/Yandex Wiki
- Basic knowledge: IDOC (SAP), Git, microservice architecture, RBAC/ABAC
💡 Additional Requirements (will be a plus)
- Operation and support of SRM/DMS systems
- Supply Chain Management
- Administration of web portals for suppliers/distributors
- Procurement automation, workflow configuration
- Assortment matrices, integration solutions in large FMCG companies
🚀 Project Tasks
- Analysis of AS-IS business processes, design of TO-BE
- Interviews and workshops with business stakeholders
- Requirements gathering and formalization, development of functional/non-functional specifications
- Description of business rules and integration schemes
- Development support, participation in UAT
- Maintenance and updating of project documentation
