System Analyst
Exon Group is a leading developer and integrator of innovative IT solutions in the construction industry. We are developing the cloud platform EXON, designed for automation and optimization of construction processes.
Our mission is to unite all participants in the construction process on one platform, ensuring transparency and clarity at every stage of work.
Currently, our team is looking for a System Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Acceptance, collection, and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders and business analysts;
- Design and description of technical solutions for architecture, services and their logic, integrations, databases, data warehouses;
- Documentation: functional, non-functional, user, system requirements;
- Presentation of designed technical solutions to the team and at the architectural committee;
- Support of technical solutions from design to production, consulting the team;
- Participation in incident analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Understanding of software development principles;
- Experience in collecting functional and non-functional requirements, their analysis and formalization into technical requirements for development;
- Proficiency in BPMN, UML, ERD notations;
- Experience in designing integration interactions using: REST, message brokers, data bus (optional);
- Experience in database design: creating logical and physical data models;
- Experience in designing architectural solutions;
- Confident knowledge of SQL, skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries;
- Basic knowledge of UX principles.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience in collecting and clarifying requirements, willingness to communicate with clients;
- Experience conducting demos for the team or client;
- Experience coordinating the team in developing complex features;
- Willingness to delve into a new, unfamiliar area, to work out integration options with various IS;
- Ability to create an interface prototype before handing it over to the UI/UX department.
