Due to the company's active growth, we are opening a vacancy for a Systems Analyst in the development team.
What you will do:
- Identifying and formalizing the needs and requirements of business and stakeholders (project managers, business analysts, sales department, product analysts, and others).
- Detailing requirements and tracing between them (functional/non-functional/user/business requirements).
- Detailing task assignments for developers (frontend, backend, API, scripts, etc.).
- Formulating acceptance criteria and verifying implemented functionality.
- Documenting implemented functionality and maintaining artifacts in an up-to-date state.
- Analyzing the impact of functionality changes on the system as a whole.
- Consulting developers on implementation at different stages of development.
What we expect from the candidate:
Mandatory: Experience working with a BPM system and understanding of functional / technical architecture: SILA Union, ARIS, Business Studio, Camunda, Comindware, ELMA, Terrasoft/Creatio, Jmix, and others.
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of Systems Analyst on the side of an IT company (vendor or integrator).
- Experience in modifying/implementing modeling systems using BPMN notation.
- Experience in setting tasks for developers.
- Ability to design system logic (from business rules to technical constraints).
- Experience writing SQL queries, reading database schemas.
- Experience documenting, designing, and testing APIs.
- Confident use of Confluence, JIRA.
- Understanding the principles of microservices/monolithic architecture.
- Knowledge of the principles and design of synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
- Experience working with different types of system requirements, understanding their differences and traceability between them.
- Creating clear technical specifications, system documentation, interface prototypes, and reports.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective interaction with the development team, management, and customers.
- Ability to set priorities, plan tasks, and meet deadlines.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience participating in research of new technologies (functional/technical RnD).
- Designing integrations with external systems.
