📎 We are looking for a Fullstack Analyst (Middle)

Salary: up to 270,000 ₽ net

Responsibilities: Project Participation • Participate in working groups within implemented projects/tasks; • Participate in task effort estimation; • Document business and functional requirements for business process implementation; • Analyze, describe, model, and document business processes; • Design solutions; • Identify and classify functional gaps.

Implementation • Prepare documentation for development; • Perform necessary software configurations; • Conduct functional testing of developments; • Document changes implemented within projects/tasks; • Prepare materials and conduct training sessions for key users, second-line support staff, and other related departments; • Address feedback from testing.

Preparation for Operation • Participate in preparatory activities for production launch; • Train key users and second-line support staff; • Prepare accompanying documentation; • Ensure knowledge transfer to the business customer; • Provide support for the production launch within your functional area.

Support • Consult second-line support staff on incident resolution and staff from related departments; • Resolve incidents escalated to the third line; • Execute tasks within service improvement plans; • Participate in resolving post-incident activities for systems.

Reporting • Timely prepare and submit activity reports to the supervisor.

Requirements: ✔️ Education • Higher professional education (technical).

✔️ Work Experience • 3+ years in «System Analysis».

✔️ Knowledge and Professional Skills • Communication skills (ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients in writing and verbally to solve problems, ability to work in a team); • Business and company understanding (knowledge and understanding of the company's core business processes within your specialization); • Analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data, ability to analyze task requirements; • Understanding of system analysis fundamentals, systemic thinking; • Independence, responsibility, proactivity; • Ability to create project and technical documentation, specifications, terms of reference, descriptions of configurations made for support handover; • Knowledge of modeling notations: BPMN, UML (use case, sequence, activity), ER diagrams; modeling tools: Visio, draw.io; • Ability to write SQL queries for data analysis (select, join), knowledge of exchange formats XML/JSON, understanding of REST API; • Experience with task trackers and knowledge bases (Jira/Kaiten, Confluence); • Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile/Scrum), experience working in cross-functional teams; • Ability to independently conduct functional testing using test scenarios, create bug reports in Jira; • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle within the supervised area; • Basic understanding of information system architecture and integrations (API, message queues, inter-system exchanges); • Knowledge of principles for designing and operating information systems; • Knowledge of data storage, transmission, and processing principles; • Results-oriented (high consistent performance metrics); • Self-development (seeking opportunities for further growth); • Positive thinking (focus on what can be achieved); • Change management (support for changes).

✔️ Language Skills • English, Intermediate (B1) level: reading technical documentation.
