Fullstack Analyst

📎 Seeking a Fullstack Analyst (Middle)

Salary: up to 270,000 ₽ net

Responsibilities:

Project Participation • Participation in working groups within the framework of implemented projects/tasks; • Participation in task effort estimation; • Documenting business and functional requirements for business process implementation; • Analyzing, describing, modeling, and documenting business processes; • Solution design; • Identifying and classifying functional gaps.

Implementation • Preparing documentation for development; • Performing necessary software configurations; • Conducting functional testing of developments; • Documenting changes implemented within projects/tasks; • Preparing materials and conducting seminars for key users, second-line support staff, and other related departments; • Addressing issues identified during testing.

Pre-Operational Readiness • Participating in preparatory activities for production launch; • Training key users and second-line support staff; • Preparing accompanying documentation; • Ensuring knowledge transfer to the business customer; • Providing support for the productive launch within the scope of their functionality.

Support • Consulting second-line support staff on incident resolution and staff from related departments; • Resolving incidents escalated to the third line; • Executing tasks within service improvement plans; • Participating in the resolution of system incidents.

Reporting • Timely preparation and submission of activity reports to the manager.

Requirements:

✔️ Education • Higher professional education (technical).

✔️ Work Experience • From 3 years in "System Analysis".

✔️ Knowledge and Professional Skills • Communication skills (ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients in writing and orally to solve tasks, ability to work in a team); • Business and company understanding (knowledge and understanding of the company's main business processes within their profile); • Skills in analyzing and working with large volumes of data, ability to analyze requirements for a given task; • Proficiency in the fundamentals of system analysis, systemic thinking; • Independence, responsibility, proactivity; • Ability to prepare project and technical documentation, specifications, terms of reference, descriptions of configurations performed for transfer to support; • Knowledge of modeling notations: BPMN, UML (use case, sequence, activity), ER diagrams; modeling tools: Visio, draw.io; • Ability to write SQL queries for data analysis (select, join), knowledge of data exchange formats XML/JSON, understanding of REST API; • Experience with task trackers and knowledge bases (Jira/Kaiten, Confluence); • Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile/Scrum), experience working in cross-functional teams; • Ability to independently conduct functional testing based on test scenarios, create bug reports in Jira; • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle within the supervised area; • Basic understanding of information system architecture and integrations (API, message queues, system exchanges); • Knowledge of principles for designing and operating information systems; • Knowledge of principles for storing, transmitting, and processing data; • Result-orientation (high consistent performance indicators); • Self-development (seeking opportunities for further growth); • Positive thinking (focus on what can be achieved); • Change management (support for changes).

✔️ Language Skills • English, Intermediate (B1) level: reading technical documentation.
