Business Analyst + Technical Writer Considers candidates only from the Russian Federation! ... Format: hybrid, 5/2 (office in Moscow, Brodnikov Lane, 1, bldg. 2)

Tasks:

Preparation of document templates (questionnaires, protocols, cards);
Conducting interviews and group sessions (facilitation), surveys;
Analysis of documentation (regulations, instructions, reports) and existing information systems;
Observation of operations at workplaces;

Formalization of interview protocols (no later than 2 business days);

Filling out process, system, and integration cards;

Preparation of a comprehensive T3 for the development and implementation of ERP (functional + non-functional requirements, phasing).

Key Skills:

Development of document templates, facilitation, surveys;
Proficiency in BPMN, modeling tools (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi);
Jira/Confluence, MS Office;
Basic SQL, understanding of API (Postman, Swagger);
Conceptual knowledge of ERP modules.
