The IT Department of JSC FC "Spartak-Moscow" is seeking a Systems Analyst with experience in implementing and configuring information systems.
Responsibilities:
- Surveying, describing, and optimizing business processes in corporate information systems: Document Management Systems/ECM, Bitrix24, corporate portal, requests, tasks, approvals, CRM, and related services;
- Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from internal clients; translating business needs into understandable functional requirements, task definitions, and acceptance criteria;
- Describing AS IS / TO BE processes, approval workflows, roles, access rights, directories, records, forms, statuses, notifications, and integration scenarios;
- Preparing project and user documentation: FT/TZ, user scenarios, instructions, regulations, process diagrams, role and rights matrices;
- Assigning tasks to developers, administrators, and contractors; participating in decomposition, effort estimation, prioritization, and release planning;
- Participating in the configuration of low-code/no-code solutions, business processes, forms, workflows, automations, and templates within the analyst's competence;
- Supporting the implementation of changes: testing, acceptance, user demonstrations, training, feedback collection, monitoring of issue resolution;
- Analyzing incidents and user requests, identifying root causes, preparing proposals for process and system improvements;
- Interacting with internal departments, the IT team, contractors, and vendors on the development and support of corporate systems.
We Value:
- At least 3 years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or corporate information systems analyst;
- Strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements: interviews, workshops, meeting minutes, user stories/use cases, FT/TZ, acceptance criteria;
- Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN 2.0, constructing AS IS / TO BE diagrams, describing roles, statuses, workflows, SLAs, notifications, and control points;
- Understanding of system integration principles: API, REST, webhooks, file/directory exchange, events, statuses, exchange errors; ability to define integration requirements for developers;
- Confident use of tools: MS Office/Excel, Visio/Draw.io/Miro, Confluence/Notion/SharePoint or similar, Jira/YouTrack/YouGile/Bitrix24/task management systems;
- System thinking, communication skills, accuracy, responsibility, and a calm attitude towards changing priorities and the need to work on multiple parallel tasks.
Will be a plus:
- Additional education in systems/business analysis, BPMN, requirements management, DMS/ECM/BPM/CRM systems will be an advantage;
- Experience in implementing or supporting DMS/ECM/BPM/CRM systems in a company with multiple departments and a large number of users;
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL at the level of reading data structures, checking exports, and clarifying reporting requirements;
- Portfolio of documentation examples without confidential data: process diagrams, FT/TZ, user stories, acceptance criteria.
