We get involved at any stage of a project: development from scratch, refactoring, scaling, support of finished solutions. We help medium and large businesses solve their tasks.

📈 Also, we have 7 years in the market, 170+ implemented projects (Suzuki, Kaspersky, MTS, etc.). 9/10 clients return to us, all projects are long-term.

🔍 We are looking for a Business Analyst (from 4 years of experience with the requirements listed below) Professional knowledge and skills

• Development of document templates (questionnaires, protocols, cards)
• Conducting interviews and group sessions (facilitation)
• Surveying and analyzing documentation (regulations, instructions, reports)
• Information system investigation (demonstrations, observation of operations)
• Documenting interview protocols (within deadlines)
• Filling out process, system, and integration cards
• Developing a comprehensive RFP for ERP implementation (functional + non-functional requirements, phasing) Proficiency in BPMN, modeling tools (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi)
• Work with Jira/Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Software and systems knowledge

• Modeling tools: Visio, ARIS, Bizagi Modeler, Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Requirements management systems: Jira / Confluence, Polarion, IBM DOORS (optional)
• Prototyping tools: Figma, Balsamiq (for illustrating mockups in the RFP)
• Tools for working with APIs: Postman, Swagger (for understanding integrations)
• DBMS: basic SQL skills (data viewing, simple query writing)
• ERP systems: conceptual knowledge of modules SAP, Oracle, 1C:ERP, MS Dynamics (for RFP context)
