Tasks:
• Preparation of working document templates (questionnaires, protocols, cards);
• Formation of a list of requested documents;
• Conducting interviews with managers and key employees of departments;
• Conducting group working sessions on cross-functional processes;
• Surveying employees not covered by interviews;
• Analysis of documentation: regulations, policies, instructions, forms, reporting;
• Analysis of existing information systems (including demonstrations);
• Observation of operations at workplaces;
• Preparation of interview minutes (no later than 2 working days after the meeting);
• Filling out process cards, information systems, integrations;
• Preparation of a comprehensive technical specification for the development and implementation of an ERP system.
Skills:
- Development of document templates (questionnaires, protocols, cards)
- Conducting interviews and group sessions (facilitation)
- Surveying and document analysis (regulations, instructions, reporting)
- Information system investigation (demonstrations, observation of operations)
- Preparation of interview minutes (observing deadlines)
- Filling out process cards, systems, and integrations
- Compilation of a comprehensive technical specification for ERP implementation (functional + non-functional requirements, phasing)
- Proficiency in BPMN, modeling tools (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi)
- Work with Jira/Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Software and Systems:
- Modeling tools: Visio, ARIS, Bizagi Modeler, Sparx Enterprise Architect
- Requirements management systems: Jira / Confluence, Polarion, IBM DOORS (optional)
- Prototyping tools: Figma, Balsamiq (for illustrating mockups in technical specifications)
- Tools for working with APIs: Postman, Swagger (for understanding integrations)
- DBMS: basic SQL skills (viewing data, composing simple queries)
- ERP systems: conceptual knowledge of SAP, Oracle, 1C:ERP, MS Dynamics modules (for context in technical specifications)
