🔍We are looking for an analyst to systematize and automate data center operations processes: from equipment and incident management to interaction with development, finance, and contractors. The process registry is compiled — it requires updating, formalizing areas of responsibility, and preparing automation requirements.
✅Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a process analyst (BPMN, as-is/to-be modeling), including IT infrastructure, data centers, or equipment operation.
- Knowledge of process description methodologies: BPMN 2.0, RACI matrices, control points, checklists, and regulations.
- Practical experience in forming automation requirements (Technical Specifications, user stories), coordinating implementation and acceptance.
- Understanding of the equipment lifecycle (from purchase to decommissioning), integration with billing, CAPEX/OPEX, inventory accounting, and spare parts.
- Experience with CMDB, ZTP, incident management, equipment configurations, and interaction with Dev/R&D teams.
✅Desirable experience:
- Knowledge of data center processes: operations (incidents, equipment issuance/removal, support contract renewals), procurement, site opening/closing, relocations.
- Experience integrating with systems: billing (BRF/TRF), ITP, finance, RnD testing.
- Skills in working with metrics (SLA, KPI for deadlines/quality/volumes) and reporting templates.
- Experience in ITIL or similar frameworks for DC operational activities.
✅Technical skills:
- Tools: Visio/draw.io/Lucidchart for process maps, Excel/Google Sheets for RACI and metrics, Jira/Confluence for technical specifications.
- Basic SQL knowledge for analyzing inventory/equipment accounting data.
- Ability to work with documentation: regulations, instructions, data models.
