We join projects at any stage: development from scratch, refactoring, scaling, support of ready-made solutions. We help medium and large businesses solve their challenges.

📈 Additionally, 7 years in the market, 170+ completed projects (Suzuki, Kaspersky, MTS, etc.). 9/10 clients return to us, all projects are long-term.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on ERP solution implementation and requirements elaboration.

🟣Key Tasks:

• identify and formalize requirements: conduct interviews and group sessions, survey, analyze documentation and current processes;
• survey information systems: observe operations, record work specifics, document processes;
• prepare technical documentation: create comprehensive technical specifications (including functional and non-functional requirements), formalize protocols and process cards;
• ensure traceability and prioritization of requirements, monitor deadlines.

🟣What we expect from the candidate:

• solid command of BPMN for process modeling;
• experience in preparing technical specifications for ERP system implementation, understanding project stages;
• skills in working with Jira and Confluence, solid command of MS Office;
• basic SQL skills for data analysis;
• understanding of ERP system principles (SAP, 1C:ERP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) – for correct task setting; ability to visualize requirements (including using mockups) and describe integrations.

✔️Level: Middle+ / Senior — we need an independent specialist capable of managing a block of tasks and interacting with stakeholders.
