Vacancy Business Analyst

🌍 Location: Moscow or Moscow Oblast. 📍 Work Format: remote within Russia. 📄 Employment: Sole Proprietor or SMZ (Self-Employed). ⏱️ Project Duration: until the end of the year with possible extension. 💵 Salary: from 250,000 RUB after tax (discussed individually).

‼️About the project: Industry: Public Sector System refinement related to procurement. There are many tasks, from minimal ones like "rename field" to "study regulations, meet with the Customer, implement from scratch". The government client is complex but adequate, result-oriented.

✅Tasks:

• Formulating requirements and controlling their execution for development teams:
• Describing business process changes without a BPMN engine (purely "button" logic: statuses, approvals, role model);
• Modifying print forms (e.g., procurement notices, technical specifications, draft contracts, approval protocols, etc.);
• Communication with development:
• Conducting groomings;
• Conducting checks of development results;

📋Requirements:

• Business Analyst experience of 3+ years;
• B2G experience as a Business Analyst;
• Willingness to travel 1-3 times a week to the client's site for requirements gathering;
• Understanding of how role models work (RBAC - at the database level, basic experience is sufficient).

📋Will be a plus:

• Experience in EIS procurement.
