⭐️ About the project briefly:

Seeking a business analyst to develop a loyalty program, CRM platform, and related omnichannel customer services. The role involves participating in the development of customer products and marketing mechanics, interacting with business, marketing, development, and contractors, as well as elaborating requirements for new services and integrations. The main focus: development of the loyalty program, digital customer scenarios, CRM/CDP platforms, and omnichannel processes.

⭐️ What we expect from you:

• Higher education (marketing, economics, management, technical, or related); • Experience as a business analyst or analyst/project manager for 3+ years; • Practical experience with loyalty programs and CRM; • Understanding of bonus accrual and write-off mechanics; • Experience with tiered loyalty systems; • Experience launching and supporting cross-brand promotions; • Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests; • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel projects; • Experience preparing Terms of Reference, functional requirements, and specifications; • Experience writing test cases and conducting UAT; • Experience working with task management systems:

• Jira
• Notion
• or similar; • Experience interacting with developers and supporting requirement implementation.

⭐️ Tasks

• Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements; • Preparation of Terms of Reference, functional requirements, and specifications; • Description of AS-IS / TO-BE business processes; • Development and refinement of loyalty program mechanics; • Participation in CRM/CDP platform development; • Interaction with business customers, marketing, developers, and contractors; • Assigning tasks to the development team and supporting implementation; • Preparation of test cases and conducting acceptance testing (UAT); • Analysis of customer scenarios and user experience; • Preparation of user documentation and instructions; • Participation in launching new functionalities and evaluating their effectiveness.
