Vacancy: Business Analyst (Lending / Large Business) Company: Selecty (KA) Format: hybrid, Moscow ⭐ Employment: full-time Salary: 🪙280,000 – 350,000 RUB net (after tax) under employment contract (higher for individual entrepreneurs) Automation of interest rate calculation in lending for large businesses. You will work in a team that develops lending processes and automates interest rate calculation, considering business rules and CRM integration with internal banking systems. ✅ Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders, product owner, and adjacent teams • Describe and optimize business processes in BPMN or similar notations • Formulate user stories, scenarios, and acceptance criteria • Describe functional and non-functional requirements • Prepare tasks for the development team and participate in their decomposition • Participate in sprint planning together with the Product Owner and the team • Develop integration requirements for CRM interaction with internal banking systems • Participate in the acceptance of developed functionality and verify its compliance with business requirements • Maintain and update project documentation and knowledge base • Participate in improving development and analytics processes within the team

⚡️ Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a bank/fintech • Experience in lending or treasury/funding areas • Experience with banking products for large, corporate, or investment businesses • Experience with CRM systems • Experience describing business processes in BPMN or similar notations • Ability to write user stories, scenarios, functional, and non-functional requirements • Understanding of the software development lifecycle • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams • Ability to effectively interact with business customers, Product Owner, and IT team • Strong skills in information structuring and requirement formulation • Experience interacting with system analysts and understanding the division of BA/SA responsibilities • SQL for simple queries • Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
