Description Refactoring of the IT system "Credit Pipeline" We do not need experience in reserves or regulatory reporting. We need business analysts with the most important thing – experience in corporate lending (specifically for large corporations) of at least 3 years. That is, reserves or reporting are not needed here. The main thing is the corporate lending process and business analysis skills.

Candidate Requirements: • Higher education (economics; finance; applied informatics and computer engineering; information systems and technology); • Work experience in credit institutions (lending to large corporate clients) in methodology / process activities / business analysis – at least 3 years; • Experience in analyzing banking processes and preparing business requirements for automation projects – at least 3 years; • Knowledge of banking technologies and processes; • Confident proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Project); • Algorithmic and analytical mindset.

Candidate Responsibilities: • Interaction with related departments regarding the definition and collection of business requirements for process automation; • Formation and description of business requirements for process automation within the project; • Approval of business requirements with customers and related departments participating in the process; • Prioritization of additional requirements affecting the expansion of the fixed project scope; • Support for the IT team in accepting and analyzing business requirements; • Preparation of test cases for business testing of the developed functionality; • Conducting / participating in demos of developed functionality for users; • User support during the business testing phase, as well as during the implementation of the developed functionality into the production environment.
