Operational collection of detailed credit data for corporate loans

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience, BPMN, and knowledge of other notations, SQL
• Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies (BPMN etc.)
• Ability to work with analytical tools and process modeling software.
• Database work, knowledge of SQL
• ‼️Experience in banking (the more, the better)

Responsibilities:

• Business analysis and description of business processes, drawing in BPMN and description in Confluence
• Business requirements for cross-system projects in the DBUiO backlog
• Business analysis of current processes and modeling of optimal to-be processes within the department, as well as identification and analysis of bottlenecks in end-to-end business processes of the Bank affecting DBUiO, and proposals for optimization
• Participation in the Data Governance project to improve data quality as a business analyst
