Vacancy: Business Analyst (Federal Law 214) Company: Selecty (KA) Format: Hybrid, Moscow📍 Employment: Full-time Salary💳: 240,000 to 350,000 ₽ per month, net (according to Labor Code; option for self-employed is available)

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project focused on the transformation and automation of project financing processes (including within the framework of Federal Law 214). The focus is on reducing TTY/TTM, increasing process transparency, and implementing AI solutions, OCR, and RPA.

Tasks

• Analysis and optimization of project financing processes (including Federal Law 214)
• Description of processes for application review, credit decisions, tranche disbursement, and monitoring
• Identification of bottlenecks and proposals for reducing turnaround times (TTY / TTM)
• Building AS IS / TO BE process models (BPMN)
• Gathering and formalizing business requirements (BRD, user stories)
• Participation in the implementation of solutions based on AI, OCR, RPA
• Interaction with business stakeholders, IT, risk management, legal departments, and support teams

Requirements

• Experience with Federal Law 214 - mandatory!
• Higher education (Economics / Finance / IT / Mathematics)
• Experience as a Business or System Analyst for at least 2 years
• Understanding of project financing processes
• Ability to describe and model processes (BPMN, UML)
• Requirement writing skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
• Power BI — desirable
• Basic SQL — a plus
