Business Analyst / Product Business Analyst.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on a mobile application in the credit solutions sphere, where every stage of the user journey directly impacts conversion, business results, and customer experience quality.
This is a role for an analyst who knows how to work at the intersection of business, product, and development, understands the impact of each funnel stage on conversion, and is capable of structuring complex processes in simple and understandable language.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysis and description of mobile application business processes: from application submission to loan disbursement.
- Modeling of user and system scenarios (User Flow, BPMN, UML).
- Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Identification of bottlenecks, logical errors, and conversion loss points.
- Preparation of requirements for the development team and support of implementation.
- Participation in the launch of new credit products and partner integrations.
- Interaction with product, development, QA, and business teams.
- Support and updating of project documentation.
- Analysis of data and business metrics to improve processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in analyzing business processes of digital products (mobile / fintech / web).
- Understanding of lending processes, banking or financial products will be an advantage.
- Confident skills in describing complex logic and processes in a structured manner.
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN, UML, or similar tools).
- Understanding of client-server architecture and integration processes.
- SQL skills.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking and a systematic approach.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
