Technopark Employment: full-time Salary 💰: 350–400k RUB net (under Russian Labor Code) (option for self-employed/IP available) We are looking for a business analyst for a banking project focused on developing lending processes. The main task is to participate in the migration to the Unified Middle: analysis of existing lending processes and modules, design of target interaction scenarios, routing, and data processing.

⚡️Requirements

• Experience in lending or in creating credit products and processes • Practical experience in describing and optimizing business processes • Experience in implementing process changes in banks • Experience with architectural solutions, system/data migrations, and API integrations • Experience working in Agile teams • Process modeling skills using BPMN, SIPOC, IDEF0 • Experience in market, competitor, and technology analysis, preparation of analytical materials • Experience in developing and approving internal regulations and normative documentation • Ability to prepare presentations, diagrams, analytical, and summary tables • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

✅Responsibilities

• Description of current AS-IS processes and target TO-BE processes • Analysis of existing lending process modules: interactions, participants, frequency and formats of data exchange • Development of target scenarios: routing, mapping and data processing, error handling, unification of modules and processes • Formation of a road map for changes and tasks related to processes • Joint assessment of tasks with IT and approval of changes with all stakeholders • Participation in the architectural migration to the Unified Middle • Analysis of integrations and interactions between systems, including API • Development and approval of normative and regulatory documentation • Preparation of user instructions and materials on changes • Conducting testing of new functionality with users and clients • Analysis of external sources, competitors, and technologies
