The project focuses on the development and optimization of credit processes for large corporate clients, automation and refinement of the bank's IT systems, as well as support and development of state lending programs.

✔️ Responsibilities:

Analysis and preparation of business requirements for credit processes of large corporate clients; Modeling of AS IS / TO BE processes, description and optimization of processes; Participation in the project working group within the scope of responsibility; Coordination of business requirements with the bank's relevant departments; Interaction with the IT team for requirement description and support of IT refinements implementation; Collection, analysis, and preparation of reporting materials and presentations for supervised tasks; Documentation of requirements and processes.

📊Candidate Requirements:

High level of professional knowledge in the field of organizing credit processes for large corporate clients (mandatory); Practical experience in analyzing banking processes and preparing business requirements for projects Experience working within a process approach and with process management/change tools Experience participating in projects with an IT component Process modeling skills (AS IS / TO BE); Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean methodologies (desirable); Presentation material preparation skills; Ability to work with statistical data.
