Project Description: Creation of a new backend system using import-substituted technologies for CASCO product sales processes, independent of the AIS, which should be connected to the company's selling (front-end) systems and reduce the duration of CASCO policy conclusion in 99% of cases.

📌Mandatory Requirements: **- Work Experience: From 6 years ** - Area of Work Experience: Finance and Economics - Financial Organizations / IT Consulting **- Business Analyst Work Experience: at least 5 years;

• Experience managing a team of analysts: at least 2 years (Team Lead)
• Experience working with business clients on projects: — analysis and formalization of customer requirements; — recovery of functional requirements; — setting goals for the creation of a system/system module; — development of a system/system module concept; — preparation of FT/Technical Specifications in a team with a system analyst; — approval of business requirements and concepts; — collection of resource and effort estimates;
• Experience in implementing integration interaction within the company's IT infrastructure, as well as information systems beyond its limits.
• Experience in collecting and processing testing results, user research; forming recommendations for solving business tasks based on testing results
• Experience in a Scrum team is desirable;
• Experience in preparing and approving meeting minutes and interviews
• Proactive stance, leadership, communication skills, result-oriented, responsibility, interest in project development, self-organization.

✅**Knowledge: **

• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), understanding of the principles of operation and functions of software, as well as the technological processes for which it is used for automation;
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of classical and agile software development methodologies: principles, concepts, manifesto, frameworks, roles and responsibilities;
• Knowledge of the principles of construction and functioning of the software architecture used in the information system;
• Knowledge of project management, project risk management, and forecasting fundamentals
• Knowledge of IT business analysis fundamentals;
• Knowledge of insurance basics (will be a plus);
• Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies, business process documentation tools, main business process description notations;
• Knowledge of standards and best practices for describing IT requirements;
