**Project - Refactoring of the IT system "Credit Pipeline" Important: understanding of the credit process stages, understanding of pricing, tranche issuance, etc. **

Candidate Requirements: • Higher education (Economics; Finance; Applied Informatics and Computer Engineering; Information Systems and Technologies); • Work experience in credit organizations (lending to large corporate clients) in methodology / process activities / business analysis – at least 3 years; • Experience in analyzing banking processes and preparing business requirements for automation projects – at least 3 years; • Knowledge of banking technologies and processes; • Confident command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Project).

Candidate Responsibilities: • Interaction with related departments regarding the definition and collection of business requirements for process automation; • Formation and description of business requirements for process automation within the project; • Agreement of business requirements with customers and related process participants; • Prioritization of additional requirements affecting the expansion of the defined project scope; • Support of the IT team in accepting and analyzing business requirements; • Preparation of cases for business testing of the developed functionality; • Conducting / participating in demos of the developed functionality for users; • Support of users during the business testing phase, as well as during the implementation of the developed functionality into the production environment.
