Position: Business Analyst
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience (FinTech), BPMN, and knowledge of other notations, SQL
- Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies (BPMN, etc.)
- Ability to work with analytical tools and process modeling software.
- Database work, SQL knowledge
- Experience in a bank
Responsibilities:
- Business analysis and description of business processes, drawing in BPMN and description in Confluence
- Business requirements for cross-system projects in the DBUiO backlog
- Business analysis of current processes and modeling of optimal to-be processes within the department, as well as identification and analysis of bottlenecks in end-to-end business processes of the Bank affecting DBUiO, optimization proposals
- Participation in the Data Governance project to improve data quality as a business analyst
