Location: Hybrid Moscow Position: Business Analyst We are looking for a Business Analyst to implement functionality for storing and managing target stop-lists for advertising from the back-end system.

⭐️Responsibilities:

• Collect and formalize business requirements for stop-list logic • Describe rules, restrictions, exceptions, and application scenarios for stop-lists • Develop business logic in collaboration with the client, backend team, and related departments • Prepare specifications for development: business requirements in Confluence, functional scenarios, acceptance criteria • Analyze the impact of changes on current processes • Participate in the approval of integration scenarios and data flows at the business logic level • Prepare process diagrams in BPMN, case processing rules, condition and exception matrices • Support implementation and acceptance of enhancements

⭐️Requirements: • Business Analyst experience of 3+ years

• Experience in describing complex business logic, rules, and restrictions
• Ability to decompose processes and formalize them into understandable requirements
• Experience interacting with development, testing, and business clients
• Skills in writing business and functional requirements, acceptance criteria
• Understanding of system integration at a general level
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or high-load digital products
• Understanding of filtering mechanics, restrictions, black/stop lists, rule prioritization
