Position: Business Analyst

Requirements:**
- Experience launching AI products (chatbots, virtual assistants) in mobile applications, preferably in banking or fintech
- Knowledge of AI scenarios: classification, information extraction, summarization, generation, AI agents; ability to select a solution for a business task
- Practice with AI agents, understanding of LLM architecture and ML principles at the business/system analysis level
- Prompt engineering skills and experience with generative models
- Experience in formalizing AI requirements, including security, and translating business tasks into specifications for the team
- Ability to define KPIs and success metrics for AI solutions, participate in acceptance testing
- Experience collaborating with ML engineers, data scientists, DevOps; communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 3–5 years of experience as a business/system analyst in the financial sector (bank, fintech, payments)
- Proficiency in BPMN, UML (activity, sequence), Use Cases, User Stories
- Participation in testing and validation of solutions
- English from B2 (documentation, communication with partners)
- Systems thinking, attention to detail, prioritizing business goals over technology
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new products and services
- Designing AI assistant functionality, integrations, and reporting forms
- Decomposing work and assigning tasks to the development team
- Interacting with clients, developers, compliance, and fraud monitoring
- Developing and approving documentation (BPMN, UML, Sequence Diagram)
- Testing and acceptance of solutions before implementation
- Analyzing customer experience, monitoring trends, and considering local legislation
