Business Analyst

Andersen Lab is hiring a Business Analyst for a digital lending project! 🏦

💻 Project: Designing and implementing an end-to-end cash loan process, covering the customer-facing application, backend APIs, workflow components, and integration with the core banking system.

📌 Required:

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services;
• Practical experience with lending products (consumer loans, cash loans, personal loans, mortgages);
• Experience in development or significant enhancement of a banking product;
• Understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle;
• Experience with customer-facing digital applications and backend API integrations;
• Understanding of core banking system interactions;
• Experience with requirements analysis, process modeling, testing, and defect investigation;
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.
