Hello! We are looking for a strong BA who is "in the know" about AI and LLM to launch cool AI products in mobile banking. We need a business requirements architect who can translate business desires into the language of ML engineers and vice versa.
CONDITIONS: 💰 Rate: 265,000 – 300,000 ₽ 🌍 Format: Remote (Russia) 📈 Grade: Senior 🤖 Long-term project 📃Registration: via individual entrepreneur agreement WHAT TO DO: 🤖 Formalize requirements for AI agents (security, metrics, prompts) 📊 Work with success metrics for AI solutions (KPI, business impact) 📝 Write clear documentation (BPMN, UML, User Stories) 🤝 Build bridges between business, data scientists, and development 🌍 Communicate with foreign partners (everything in English) WHAT IS NEEDED: ✔️ BA experience in banks/fintech/payment systems for 3+ years ✔️ Practical launch of AI products (agents, generation, classification) ✔️ Understanding of LLM and ML architecture at a BA level ✔️ Knowledge of the stack: AI, LLM, ML, BPMN, UML, Use Cases ✔️ English B2+ (fluent written and spoken) ✔️ Skill to explain complex things in simple terms (main skill!) ✔️ Principle of "Business first, then technology" WILL BE A PLUS: ✨ Experience in MENA/UAE market ✨ AI features in financial analytics
