⚠️Requirements:
- Citizenship and location any!
- Work experience from 5+ years as a business analyst / methodologist and participation in at least 3 full-cycle accounting automation projects (preferably with SAP ERP/S/4HANA)
- Deep understanding of the principles and methodologies of accounting (RSBU) and tax accounting, knowledge of the specifics of accounting in manufacturing companies
- Skills in collecting requirements, conducting interviews with customers and translating unstructured data into formalized requirements (use cases, user stories, BPMN/UML)
- Understanding of SAP ERP architecture, integration points between accounting and logistics, as well as data flows from primary documents to reporting
- Skills in working with data and databases of ERP systems: understanding structures, primary validation, searching for discrepancies
- Practical experience using LLM/AI tools for drafting documentation, analyzing logs and hypotheses about incidents, as well as understanding the principles of RAG and data security requirements
