Who we are looking for: We will be happy to see both experienced experts and talented Middle-level specialists who want to grow in analytics.

Responsibilities: Depending on the specific project, your tasks may include:

• Collection, analysis, and formalization of business customer requirements.
• Description and optimization of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).
• Writing technical specifications (TS) for 1C developers.
• Task assignment and consultation for the development team.
• Participation in testing and acceptance of enhancements.
• Writing instructions and user training.

Our expectations from candidates:

• Understanding of 1C principles of operation and architecture (experience with standard configurations: UT, ERP, ZUP, BSP, etc.).
• Experience in writing technical specifications and describing business processes.
• Knowledge of requirement description methodologies (BPMN, UML, Use Case - will be a plus).
• Ability to find common ground with business and developers.
• Experience working as a 1C analyst for at least 2 years.
