A major FMCG company is opening a vacancy for an office-based 1C Analyst.*
Responsibilities:
- Working on an internal project for the implementation and customization of 1C: Trade Management;
- Conducting business process surveys: interviewing employees, analyzing information, forming a task list;
- Describing business processes "as is" and "to be" in relation to the capabilities of 1C: Trade Management (experience in modeling processes in BPMN 2.0 will be an advantage);
- Designing data migration rules, synchronization with other 1C systems;
- Forming functional requirements, writing technical specifications, assigning tasks to developers;
- Conducting testing, fixing bugs, functional gaps between business requirements and the implemented solution;
- Consulting and training users on standard and implemented functionality;
- Writing user instructions, documentation, populating a knowledge base, conducting user training.
Requirements:
- Higher technical or economic education, specialized courses on accounting and configuration in the 1C product line;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a trading company or an integrator company;
- Deep knowledge of 1C: Trade Management / Comprehensive Automation 2.5;
- Completion of implementation projects for 1C: Trade Management / Comprehensive Automation / ERP;
- Confident command of functional modules for warehouse, management, and statutory accounting;
- Ability to read and understand code, proficiency in СКД (Data Composition System);
- High degree of self-organization and responsibility;
- Responsibility, communication skills, positive attitude, meticulousness, clear speech.
Conditions:
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, timely salary payment twice a month;
