Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive 1C analyst who has a deep understanding of the methodology of trade, accounting, and HR accounting, as well as the 1C:Trade Management (UT), 1C:Accounting Enterprise (BP), and 1C:Human Resources and Payroll Management (ZUP) configurations. You don't just record requirements – you design complex solutions, implement best practices, and know how to build effective interaction between accounting modules.
What you will be doing:
Analysis and Design
- Detailed elaboration of business processes (AS IS → TO BE) in the cycles "Procurement – Warehouse – Sales – Money", "Accounting Entries – Reporting", "HR – Payroll – Taxes" taking into account the capabilities of 1C and related systems;
- Development of functional solution architecture in UT, BP, ZUP configurations, including setting up exchanges with external systems (integrations via API, web services, file exchange);
- Formulation of strategic proposals for the development of the accounting system (scaling, performance optimization, automation of routine operations).
Operational Tasks and Support
- Support and development of 1C:UT, 1C:BP, 1C:ZUP configurations (setting up documents, registers, reports, processing);
- Support of modules: warehouse and trade accounting, inventory accounting, cost accounting, VAT, cash and bank, personnel settlements (accruals, deductions, leave, sick leave), regulatory reporting;
- Organization and control of integrations between systems (data exchange with websites, EDI, client bank, GIS Marking, EGAIS, etc.);
- Participation in testing of modifications, verification of accounting correctness in accordance with legislation (RAS, Tax Code, Labor Code, accounting instructions).
Requirements and Documentation Management
- Management of the full requirements lifecycle: collection, analysis, prioritization, approval, acceptance;
- Improvement and standardization of technical documentation templates;
- Maintenance of a knowledge base for users and fellow analysts (work methodologies, checklists, setup and operation instructions).
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on 1C:UT, 1C:BP, 1C:ZUP;
- Deep knowledge of one or more of the listed configurations, understanding their internal structure and differences;
- Confident knowledge of subject areas: management accounting, accounting, tax accounting, HR record keeping and payroll calculation;
- Skills in designing solution architecture (data models, integration logic, APIs);
- Experience in drafting technical specifications for complex modifications, taking into account non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, scalability);
- Proficiency in BPMN, UML notations, understanding of Scrum;
- Ability to use the query console, read and analyze 1C code – a strong advantage.
