What is GOZ?
GOZ is the state defense order. We work with enterprises that fulfill contracts for state needs in the defense and security sector. You will participate in projects of national importance.
Who we are looking for:
1C Analyst with experience in the GOZ sphere. Understanding the specifics of defense orders, the requirements of Federal Law 275-FZ, and the accounting peculiarities of GOZ enterprises is mandatory.
What you will be doing:
- Conducting client business process surveys, identifying needs, and building digital work models on the 1C platform.
- Holding meetings with clients and selling GOZ competencies and services through client interaction.
- Estimating labor costs and justifying solution architecture.
- Documenting necessary improvements, preparing technical documentation: pre-project survey reports, technical specifications, testing protocols.
- Participating in testing new functionality, handing over work to the project manager and clients.
- Supporting users during the trial operation phase.
- Adhering to quality standards and work deadlines.
Financial terms:
- During the training period: from 120,000 rubles.
- After joining projects: base salary of 100,000 rubles + performance bonus. Commission-based motivation system with no income limits.
