We are looking for a Senior 1C:ERP Support Analyst/Consultant to join the financial systems operation team. The team is responsible for supporting 1C:ERP in terms of contracts, accruals, budgeting, and budget systems functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving support issues in the areas of budgeting, treasury, statutory accounting, and management accounting;
- Maintaining the support team's knowledge base;
- Preparing user documentation;
- Participating in task distribution and prioritization for the team, monitoring and controlling mass incidents;
- Analyzing resolved support issues to identify errors in processes and functionality;
- Adhering to SLA for support tasks;
- Interacting with the development team regarding defects.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the 1C ERP configuration in the areas of budgeting, treasury, statutory accounting, and management accounting. 1C certificates will be a plus;
- Experience supporting users in the areas of budgeting, treasury, statutory accounting, and management accounting;
- Experience supporting integrations and data exchange between 1C configurations;
- Skills in writing technical documentation, describing reports, and user instructions;
- Experience analyzing support issues to develop proposals for functional improvements;
- Experience working as a 1C support consultant;
- Ability to work with SQL (basic level, simple queries);
- Skill in writing queries through the console;
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is desirable;
- Proactive attitude, willingness to interact with users and the team.
