1C Developer (full-stack, “Accounting Enterprise CORP” configuration)
A specialist who handles the full cycle: from analyzing customer needs to developing, implementing, and supporting the solution.
✅ Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of development experience in 1C (mandatory).
- Experience with integrations — data exchange (HTTP services, REST/SOAP, file exchanges, external systems).
- Experience in designing and documenting project solutions — technical specifications, solution descriptions, integration schemes, user manuals, business process diagrams (BPMN object-oriented language).
✅ Will be a plus
- Experience supporting CORP versions (multiple organizations, separate divisions, inter-company schemes).
- Knowledge of the standard solution “Payroll and HR Management”.
- “1C:Professional” / “1C:Specialist” certificates.
📌 Responsibilities
- Customer interaction — gathering and clarifying requirements, identifying actual needs, presenting the solution, managing expectations.
- Task analysis and design — decomposing needs into tasks, estimating effort, documenting the project solution (description, diagrams, instructions).
- Development — customizing the standard configuration, writing code, reports, procedures, exchanges, and integrations.
- User support — consultations, training, incident resolution, bug fixing, documentation maintenance.
- Development of regulations/project workflows — preparing internal documentation, regulating interaction between “IT Team – Customer” and “IT Team – Related IT Departments”, maintaining meeting minutes.
📌 Required Knowledge and Skills
- Basics of accounting — understanding postings, ledgers.
- Knowledge of the “1C:Accounting Enterprise” configuration — standard objects, ledgers, documents, mechanisms (mandatory).
- 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform (managed forms, СКД, queries, БСП).
- Customizing standard configurations while maintaining updatability (extensions / subscriptions / minimally invasive edits).
