Senior 1C Developer (in-house) | Remote (+- 2 hours from Moscow) Salary: 200,000–250,000 RUB net + annual bonus
🔥 We are looking for an experienced 1C developer for a trading company that develops wholesale, retail, and e-commerce business lines. The company uses 1C:Complex Automation 2.0, with a planned transition to version 2.5. The system is integrated with marketplaces, warehouse solutions, and external analytical tools.
Your responsibilities will include: • Support and develop 1C:KA, analyze existing customizations, fix bugs, and optimize performance; • Ensure correct month-end and quarter-end closing: resolve issues with zero cost calculation, incorrect balances, and intercompany transactions in collaboration with the accounting department; • Analyze VAT discrepancies and other accounting areas together with the accounting department; • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, including marketplaces, Saby/SBIS, and ETRN; • Prepare and implement the "Chestny Znak" (Honest Mark) traceability system; • Ensure the transition from 1C:KA 2.0 to 2.5;
What is important: • At least 5 years of development experience on the 1C platform, with a strong knowledge of 1C:Complex Automation; • Understanding of accounting and management accounting, document flows, postings, and registers; • Practical experience in resolving month-end and quarter-end closing issues, cost calculation, zero and negative balances; • Experience with intercompany accounting, returns, resales, and multiple legal entities within a single database; • Understanding of VAT and willingness to resolve accounting issues in collaboration with the accounting department; • Experience in optimizing 1C performance; • Practical experience implementing "Chestny Znak" in 1C; • Independence; • Readiness to start in the near future;
