Requirements for the specialist

• Higher education and at least 5 years of work experience in a similar field, including at least 2 years as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of one or more subject areas (finance and accounting, logistics and transport, controlling, personnel management, IT processes)
• Experience in developing regulatory documentation and analyzing business processes.
• General knowledge of architectural standards (system organization, relationships between system elements and with the environment).
• General knowledge of information security standards.
• At least two years of experience in one of the following business areas: large retail enterprises and networks, software developers and integrators, consulting companies, large financial organizations, telecommunications firms
• At least two years of experience as a senior system or business analyst
• Experience in developing requirements for BI reporting
• At least two years of experience in developing and modeling business processes
• Experience in direct interaction with customers and describing business processes
• Experience in implementing large IT projects related to reporting automation
• Basic SQL skills
• General understanding of database structure
• Experience in optimizing business processes in specific areas
• Experience in developing regulatory documentation (regulations, rules, procedures, etc.)
