What we expect from you
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Skills in collecting, analyzing, and structuring requirements from internal customers and performers.
- Experience with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to describe, analyze, and optimize business processes.
- Data handling skills: collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience in process modeling using BPMN 2.0 notation.
- Practical experience in implementing changes and optimizing processes.
- Experience participating in process automation and IT solution implementation.
- Experience in preparing project documentation: BRD, SRS, Use Cases, and other artifacts. Experience in planning and managing projects: task decomposition, defining priorities and stages, controlling deadlines and results.
- Ability to establish interaction with multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Understanding of HR processes specifics.
- Experience with projects in the HR domain.
What you will be doing
- Describing and modeling HR processes in as-is / to-be format using BPMN or other notations.
- Analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks and growth points.
- Formulating proposals for process optimization and automation, assessing risks and expected benefits from changes.
- Managing projects for improving and automating HR processes from task definition to implementation.
- Planning project implementation: defining stages, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Decomposing tasks and coordinating the work of project participants.
- Monitoring deadlines, status, and implementation results.
- Managing risks and changes within projects.
- Ensuring transparency of project status for customers and key stakeholders.
- Collecting and documenting requirements: preparing technical specifications, user stories, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Interacting with key stakeholders — HR, Legal Department, Accounting, and other teams — to coordinate solutions.
- Participating in the development and enhancement of HR systems.
- Supporting the implementation of changes and evaluating the results of implemented solutions.
