Vacancy: Business Analyst

🌍 Location: Moscow or Moscow region. 📍 Work format: hybrid format (site visits to the client's premises 1-2 times a week). 📄 Employment: Civil Service Contract/Sole Proprietorship, with the possibility of transferring to the client's staff. 💵 Salary: from 250,000 RUB after tax (individually negotiated).

‼️About the project: Industry: Public Sector System enhancement related to procurement. There are many tasks, ranging from minimal ones like "rename a field" to "study regulations, meet with the Client, implement from scratch". The state client is complex but adequate, results-oriented.

✅Tasks:

• Developing specifications and monitoring their execution for development teams:
• Describing business process changes without a BPMN engine (purely "button" logic: statuses, approvals, role model);
• Modifying print forms (e.g., procurement notices, ToR, draft contracts, approval protocols, etc.);
• Communication with development:
• Conducting grooming sessions;
• Verifying development results;

📋Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst; **- Experience in B2G as a Business Analyst;
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times a week to the client's premises for requirements gathering;**
• Understanding of how role models work (RBAC — at the database level, basic experience is sufficient). 📋Nice to have:
• Experience in EIS procurement.
