Hello everyone! I am looking for a business analyst for the product team, which is developing a high-load B2B communications platform (SMS/omnichannel). The role is about requirements and delivering tasks to results: from a business or customer request to specification, acceptance, and delivery of a feature.

💬 About the product:

A communications platform for large clients (banks, enterprise). The solution is supplied as a product (vendor/platform) and is often customized for specific customers. The product has been on the market for a long time, changes are implemented carefully, accuracy of wording and predictable delivery are important.

👨💻 What you will do:

– Collect and clarify requirements from internal and external customers, formulate business goals and expected results – Decompose requests, prioritize, record scope of work, constraints, risks – Prepare specifications: text requirements specification, user stories/acceptance criteria, simple interface prototypes/diagrams (without design) – Support development in the sprint: answer team questions, promptly clarify requirements – Accept implemented features according to acceptance criteria, prepare accompanying documentation and deliver the result to the customer – Maintain order in documentation and the history of task changes

☝️ What is important:

– Experience in the role of business analyst / requirements analyst / project analyst from 2–3 years (B2B/enterprise – a plus) – Strong skills in requirements gathering, decomposition, and written documentation – Ability to ask "why", clarify business goals, and propose solution options at the requirements level – Understanding of basic technical concepts (API, databases, integrations) to assess requirement feasibility – High discipline regarding documentation: structure, versions, storage of artifacts – Comfortable communication with development and customers

🔧 How work is organized:

Development team, Java/Go, high engineering culture, strict documentation standards.

❗️Important: the role is not about product data analytics (hypotheses, A/B tests, research) and not about designing DB/API/architecture. The focus is on requirements, communication, acceptance, and result delivery.
