Business Analyst
Company: PM-Assistant (project management system implementation solutions).
We are looking for business analysts to join our team. Our anchor client is RusHydro. The vacancy is open due to an increase in order volume and the implementation of a new product.
Responsibilities:
- conduct surveys of the client's business processes, identify problems and requirements for the target management system
- develop regulations and procedures for project management business processes
- describe the project management methodology for the client (create a base for the new product ADEPT)
- participate in the design of the client's target management system
- develop technical specifications for the modification of the information system (IS) and accept the results from the development team
- compile methodological guidelines for the use of the IS
- prepare presentation materials
- advise the client on project management methodology
- participate in the training of the client's business process participants
Requirements:
- experience in projects on implementing management systems or optimizing business processes;
- experience in surveying and designing management systems for several functional customers (construction, production, HR, R&D, IT);
- experience in developing regulatory documents for project management processes;
- basic knowledge of project management processes according to GOST, PMBOK;
- ability to create business process diagrams in BPMN (AS IS/TO BE);
- ability to develop RACI matrices;
- systemic thinking;
- desire to understand the essence of things and think ahead;
- ability to communicate with people, ascertain the state of affairs, ask questions;
- Desirable experience in industrial companies, consulting companies, or integrators.
