Senior Business Analyst

Salary: 1 300 RUB gross/hour Format: remote from RF Company: Omega Solutions Project: retail

Requirements:

• Business Analyst experience of 5+ years
• Retail/distribution experience of 3+ years
• Experience participating in large projects related to procurement, sales of goods/services, and commission transactions
• Experience in building and optimizing operational processes for procurement, B2B sales, logistics, and supply chains
• Experience in business process modeling using BPMN 2.0
• Skills in structuring business functional requirements
• Experience in preparing regulations, provisions, and instructions
• Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to briefly and structurally explain the essence of a task and present results
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to business process changes
• Responsibility, punctuality, results-orientation

Project Tasks:

• Description and analysis of AS IS business processes
• Design of the target TO BE state of processes in BPMN 2.0
• Formulation and structuring of business functional requirements
• Preparation of regulations, provisions, and instructions
• Interaction with stakeholders at different levels
• Optimization of procurement operational processes
• Optimization of B2B sales
• Work with logistics and supply chain processes
• Participation in large projects related to procurement, sales of goods/services, and commission transactions
