Position: Business Analyst with "Chestny Znak" experience - Senior

Project: Participation in a large information system Location: remote within Russia, only from Russia, Moscow working hours. Level: Senior. 5+ years of experience Salary: 250-270 thousand rubles. Employment: via Sole Proprietorship (IP)

❗️For the project, we require a Senior Business Analyst with "Chestny Znak" experience to support project activities for the "Chestny Znak" systems (mandatory product labeling) and traceability of imported goods. Formation of business-functional requirements (BFR), description and analysis of AS-IS processes (BPMN), design of TO-BE considering business requirements and legislation. Support for the implementation of new functionality, formation of regulations, provisions, and instructions. Experience in logistics/retail/transport companies with processes for warehouse handling, sales, document flow.

❗️What you will do:

1. Support project activities for "Chestny Znak" systems and traceability.
2. Formation of business-functional requirements (BFR).
3. Description and analysis of AS-IS processes (BPMN diagrams).
4. Design of TO-BE business processes (considering business requirements and legislative requirements).
5. Identification and elimination of process bottlenecks, support for the implementation of new functionality, formation of regulations, provisions, and instructions.

❗️We expect from the candidate (strict compliance with all points):

1. Completed higher education
2. Senior level analyst experience of 5+ years
3. Knowledge of legislation in the field of mandatory product labeling ("Chestny Znak")
4. Knowledge of the import goods traceability system
5. Work experience in logistics/retail/transport companies of 3+ years (warehouse handling, sales, document flow)
6. Successful experience in implementing projects for optimizing and describing business processes
7. Skills in describing and analyzing AS-IS processes (BPMN)
8. Skills in designing TO-BE business processes
9. Ability to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks
10. Experience in supporting the implementation of new functionality
11. Experience in forming regulations, provisions, and instructions
