🛫 What you will be doing:

• Structuring experience and systematizing the knowledge base: systematizing information on already implemented and current projects, forming a knowledge base for pre-sales and current projects.
• Working with clients at the pre-sales stage: participating in proposal development, presenting solutions based on the company's experience.
• Documenting requirements: identifying and describing client requirements, managing the backlog, maintaining documentation accuracy.
• Optimizing processes: analyzing client logistics processes and proposing effective solutions.
• Quality control: ensuring that implemented solutions meet client requirements and are of high quality.
• Responding promptly to project changes, adjusting processes and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Business Analyst experience of 5+ years.
• IT experience in the Logistics domain of 3+ years.
• Experience working on English-speaking projects.
• Use of AI in business analysis (working with AI agents and skills).
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (for working with documentation and communicating with clients).
