Mandatory requirements:
- Higher education and at least 5 years of experience in the field (at least 2 years in a Senior BA position) 🎓
- At least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: large retail chains, software developers/integrators, consulting, fintech, telecom
- Deep knowledge of subject areas: finance/accounting, logistics, controlling, HR, or IT processes 💰
- Experience in developing requirements for BI reporting and implementing large IT projects for reporting automation 📈
- Experience in direct interaction with customers and documenting business processes
- Basic SQL proficiency and understanding of database structure 💾
- Experience in optimizing business processes and developing regulatory documentation (policies, regulations) 📄
- General knowledge of architectural standards and information security
Project tasks:
- Collection, analysis, and formalization of business-functional requirements (BFR) for reporting automation
- Preparation of target state models for automation and solution prototypes
- Assessment of the impact of changes on related departments, involving experts in approvals 🤝
- Preparation of proposals for process optimization in accordance with retail best practices
- Monitoring of effort and timeline estimates for requirement implementation
- Initial testing of developments for BFR compliance, monitoring error correction 🧪
- Conducting presentations on optimization proposals for business process owners
Selection stages:
