Hello! 👋 We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for the project.

Requirements ● Higher education and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years as a Senior Business Analyst ● Knowledge of one or more subject areas: finance and accounting, logistics and transport, controlling, personnel management, IT processes ● Experience in developing regulatory documentation and analyzing business processes ● General knowledge of architectural standards (system organization, interrelationships of system elements with each other and with the environment) ● General knowledge of information security standards ● At least 2 years of experience in one of the following business areas: large retail enterprises and chains, software developers and integrators, consulting companies, large financial organizations, telecommunication firms ● At least 2 years of experience as a senior system or business analyst ● Experience in developing requirements for BI reporting ● At least 2 years of experience in developing and modeling business processes ● Experience in direct interaction with customers and documenting business processes ● Experience in implementing large IT projects related to reporting automation ● Basic SQL skills ● General understanding of database structures ● Experience in optimizing business processes in specific areas ● Experience in developing regulatory documentation (provisions, regulations, procedures, rules, etc.)

As an advantage ● Experience in retail / e-commerce ● Knowledge of leading global practices in retail and trends in business process automation

Tasks ● Assessing the impact of changes in reporting automation, timely involvement of relevant experts in the change approval process ● Preparing materials and conducting presentations on reporting optimization proposals for business process owners ● Preparing proposals for improving the methodology for surveying business processes ● Ensuring the process of developing, approving, and evaluating BFDs (Business Functional Designs), including: — gathering and analyzing requirements for reporting automation or modification of existing automation solutions from business customers — formalizing and documenting BFDs with business customers — preparing models reflecting the target state of automation in accordance with BFDs — preparing proposals for optimizing processes in source systems — assessing the degree of impact of planned changes in reporting on related departments and processes — controlling the involvement of relevant experts in the approval process — ensuring the approval of BFDs with customers and subject matter experts — developing prototypes, models, and algorithms for the designed solutions — controlling the estimation of effort and implementation timelines for business requirements by consultants and/or functional area experts — initial testing of developments for compliance with approved BFDs — controlling the elimination of errors during software development
