✅Mandatory: • Citizenship and location in the Russian Federation • 5+ years of experience. • Experience working with high-load systems. • Understanding of the principles of distributed systems, microservice architecture, and EDA • Experience as a Full-stack Analyst, including the ability to cover the entire cycle: from identifying business requirements and designing architecture to setting tasks for developers and supporting releases. • Programming experience (Go, C#, Python, Java, C++) or deep understanding of code for effective communication with developers

✔️ Skills • Proficient in BPMN, UML, and other tools, including those for drawing ER diagrams (database design). • Experience in writing Technical Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases. Work with tracking systems (Jira, Redmine, TFS) and documentation (Confluence). • Experience describing contracts in OpenAPI (Swagger), understanding REST, SOAP, gRPC, JSON-RPC. • Writing complex queries, optimization, understanding of DBMS operation (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse). • Understanding of the principles of building data warehouses (DWH), ETL processes, experience with BI systems (Apache Superset, Grafana, Pentaho) for metrics visualization. • Understanding of optimization methods (MILP, metaheuristics), graph theory (for routing)DESIRABLE • Experience with ML in requirement compilation and/or requirement analysis DESIRABLE • Understanding of message queue interaction principles (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS/JetStream), experience in designing integrations with external systems (EDI, 1C, ERP, BI). • Understanding of CI/CD principles (GitLab, ArgoCD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for correct task assignment to the DevOps team. • Domain knowledge • Understanding of logistics and supply chains, including experience in implementing systems for transport process automation, routing, inventory management
